Nice location. Nice Big Rooms. Room service is a bit delayed always. They shall have a little more options for vegetarian breakfast.
One thing that’s really disturbing to see in a hotel like this, even if you are waiting for your checkin at the hotel and you ask for water, they charge for it.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable .It is like you are at home . Nice specious suite .Nice and helpful staff . Good location and nice view from park .It was pleasant sit on balcony and drink cup of coffee. Breakfast is reasonable.I recommend this hotel.

Very clean hotel. Our room had great space with kitchen included. Room was always cleaned whenever requested. Everything has been great but can get a bit loud upstairs since there’s restaurant above.

The good - Very cozy rooms, nice ambience! Staff are helpful and friendly. Hot water availability in the shower was instant - we've literally never seen any hotel where hot water is available so quick! What we didn't like - There was some convention center / hall adjacent to our room so it was a bit noisy but not extremely disturbing

We stayed at Lotos for one night before our Masai Mara safari. On arrival check in was quick and effective. The room was large with a kitchen area (didn't use), large bedroom area and bathroom. The shower tub did overflow rather easily but the area was clean. The hotel is located in the Westlands area, I was told prior to coming you could walk around the area outside the hotel however we didn't feel comfortable. We took taxis to dinner and back. It was good for a one night stay.

The only complaints I really have is that the water is inconsistently warm to cold to hot all the time and no air conditioning. For the money was good. . Thanks.
