1人旅行で利用しました。
ケニアのジョモケニヤッタ国際空港に到着が19時半過ぎで、既にホテルのチェックイン時間は過ぎていましたが、入れて頂くことが出来ました。
次の日の朝7時にはサファリツアーのお迎えが来る予定だったので、本当に短い滞在でしたが、何も分からない私にスタッフさん達は優しく教えてくださり、治安の面からとても心配だったのですが、近くのATMにもドライバーさんに連れて行ってもらいました。
朝食はブッフェスタイルでオムレツをコックさんが作ってくれます。
何でも美味しかったです。
部屋はシンプルでしたが、施設はとても綺麗で、もう少しゆっくりしたかったです！
また機会があればぜひ利用したいです。本当にありがとうございました。

One of the highlights of my visit was the hotel's wonderful breakfast buffet. There were many selections to choose from, including local foods, which I quite appreciated. Lest I forget, the comfortable rooms with fluffy pillows and convenient location.

The beds were incredibly cozy, making it easy to get a great sleep & the room was spotlessly clean. The combination of comfortable beds, cleanliness, and excellent service made my stay truly enjoyable. I look forward to returning on my next trip.

From the moment we stepped into the elegant lobby of Best western Nairobi, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk and we immediately knew that our stay will be amazing. Our room itself was a sanctuary of comfort and style with plush finishings and upscale amenities. Our highlight for the evening was relaxing and enjoying the quiet evening at the Zebra Bar with cool music and watching football with friends and other guests. I have just found a home away from home when in Nairobi, keep it up and recommend for other travellers to stay and experience the best.

A rather good hotel with rather good accommodations but the restaurants are far much better than the rooms. And the security and feeling of being imprisoned takes away a lot of that vacation feeling. The restaurant, once again, do deliver quality food and the service is ok.
