They have the first automated parking garage in Kenya, which is extraordinary. The room (406) was comfortable. It had all the basic amenities and a lot of power outlets. There were no hot water, even after reporting it when we arrived. So two days of cold showers. Management allowed maintenance personnel to work with what sounded like hammers above our room through the first night. We reported it to reception, we were ignored, the hammering continued. The second night it didn't last all night, thankfully. Breakfast was horrible. Absolutely no love in the food. The only thing edible was the boiled egg I had,with some bread. For this reason we had dinner as well as breakfast on checkout elsewhere. The hotel has huge potential, with better management it could achieve excellence.

The hotel is conveniently situated.The staff are super friendly.Their service is excellent.They are attentive to their clients and deserve my referral.Their rooms are beautiful.The wifi connection could be better.Overral it's good service

The place is just nice, I had booked some guests for three nights. I liked their food, rooms, service and the whole experience was smooth. My guests liked it so much, they even came back on their own after that.

We were in transit and needed a place to rest. we Got to Nakuru at around 1am. A friend had once recommended this hotel and we thought of trying it out. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst mistake. • Your personal space and privacy is not guaranteed. A staff together used their card to access our room in the middle of the night accompanied by a drunk female. • Norman the night receptionist displayed a very negative attitude from the time he picked our call when we were making an enquiry on room availability to when he was checking us into our room. • The place is extremely noisy from unruly guests and deafening music from the bar upstairs. • Breakfast buffet is a scam. Cold, unsavory meals. Very limited choices. • Be prepared to use lukewarm water flowing in form of drops to clean yourself.

Warm and friendly staff, welcomed by Liz at the reception, she was very kind, professional and helpful. Went out of her to deliver great service. Served by Laura at the restaurant, very courteous. Located at Nakuru Town, with convenience access to the amenities. Safe neighborhood. Rooms are spacious. Definitely recommend.
