They have the first automated parking garage in Kenya, which is extraordinary. The room (406) was comfortable. It had all the basic amenities and a lot of power outlets. There were no hot water, even after reporting it when we arrived. So two days of cold showers. Management allowed maintenance personnel to work with what sounded like hammers above our room through the first night. We reported it to reception, we were ignored, the hammering continued. The second night it didn't last all night, thankfully. Breakfast was horrible. Absolutely no love in the food. The only thing edible was the boiled egg I had, with some bread. For this reason we had dinner as well as breakfast on checkout elsewhere. The hotel has huge potential, with better management it could achieve excellence.
