Eagle Palace Hotel

Eagle Palace is best in Nakuru. Modern, clean and has spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet is good, has alot of local food and fresh fruits. There is a reataurant next door and Naivas Supermarket is near. Staff are very friendly and help, the owner is excellent, he made sure i was comfortable during my stay. This was my 4th stay and am looking forward to come back soon. Agnes Oslo, Norway

This beautiful hotel is very accessible within Nakuru's town CBD. Online booking was flawless, and when we arrived, Lady Naomi at the reception was amazing! She wore a beautiful warm welcoming smile consistently (very professional) and offered us excellent and outstanding customer service! What we loved the most was the very spacious and clean family rooms with hot showers. The breakfast buffet was also top-notch with a wide range of selection. We really enjoyed our our one-night stay on our vacation enroute from Eldoret to Naivasha. Comparable to other 3-star hotels, this really exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended! Simple, elegant with outstanding premier guest experience! My family and I visiting from diaspora during the Summer holidays loved it!

This is arguably one of the best hotels in Nakuru for conferencing and amazing accommodation. My team and I greatly enioyed our stay and the tastly meals. Kudos to the Manager, Mr. Farid together with your excellent team all the way from the Front desk, Service, Housekeeping and Banqueting staff for the wonderful service during our meeting and stay. If you are looking for a 5 star treatment at very affordable rates, then this is the place to be!!! We look forward to coming back again and again!!!

I have used this facility for our conferences for years now. I have had great experience. The Manager Mr Farid, Leads an excellent team that will make your stay comfortable in Nakuru. The nearby Jumia foods gives you an excellent alternative to try out more options for dinner!

A nice hotel and the staff is excellent. But the location…is NOT for tourists! It was VERY crowded and felt VERY unsafe. Poverty-stricken, dirty, and chaotic. It was insane! Being 2 women traveling alone, we are very upset our travel agency suggested this place. I was so terrified to stay there that I started crying, because we couldn’t leave. We needed to be escorted just to go next door to their restaurant. There is a lot of security for that reason. Luckily, we only stayed 1 night and tried not to leave our room. The restaurant food was excellent, but the breakfast buffet was not good. They have too many staff with not enough to do, so they literally stand there watching you eat which was so awkward. The rooms had a lot of mosquitoes. You could see them on the glass of the showers. Aside from the mosquito bites and wearing sticky repellent, the city noise and dogs barking kept us up all night long. I slept all day, in the car, the next day. It’s a very nice accommodation for the location, but I would definitely NOT recommend it for a tourist and especially for women traveling alone. Pay a little more and stay in a safer place. You’ll get more sleep than we did.

The hotel is full of friendly employee. Manager Farid gave us a warm welcome. He is a very humble and friendly guy. The food is delicious with a lot of variety. I will definetly come back to this hotel when I am in Kenya again!
