Staff on phones at front desk didn’t follow through on some o& our requests. Check in at 3 when we arrived not available still cleaning room. We had to wait for 30 minutes.

The hotel was ok, breakfast was not great. Everything frozen that was just heated up and not a great selection. We had no house keeping so ran out of towels. The room was nice and big, but don’t recommend top floor as all the roof fans were blaring.

The room was so spacious and many shelves helped a lot! The beds were good. The bathroom was nice too but should have some privacy instead of glass shower door. Especially for families who need the toilet when someone is showering. The staff didn’t mention the breakfast or times when we checked in. We had to figure it out. They were friendly overall.

Loved having the king bed suite. Having a frig, microwave, utensils, etc was very useful for the 3 days we stayed. The pullout couch came in handy for family. The breakfast was varied and tasty. My only complaint would be that while we used the clean, heated pool daily, the hot tub was broken which would have made the stay perfect. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Very nice property. Clean and well maintained. Big clean rooms. Everything was excellent. Three minor things or we would give it 5 stars. Elevators took forever, TV went in and out a lot and front desk wouldn't allow an hour late check out.

Nice and comfortable hotel. I would have given it a higher score if the breakfast would have been better. To me, there was very little choices for breakfast. They had a sausage biscuit that was very hard, even though I came at 7:30. Had to go elsewhere for breakfast.
