Had a very nice stay at this hotel and the staff is very professional and friendly. Location was perfect right next to the central station and a short walk from main attractions in town. The room is nice with coffee and tea facilities, very spacious bathroom and excellently soundproofing.

Very convenient location right opposite the station.
A little old-fashioned, could do with some modernisation and improvements, but certainly not a terrible place to stay.

Very good reception staff, clean comfortable room, nice breakfast. It is opposite the train station but still nice and quiet. Convenient location. Namur is doing a lot of work to attract tourist such as improving the ' delta'area where the rivers meet, there's also the Citadel , cable car, plenty of bars etc. Station carpark is euro25 per night but the hotel has a special rate of euro 10. We enjoyed it - despite the junkies around the car park entrance

Surprisingly comfortable rooms in this hotel literally across the street from the train station. Air con, mini bar, kettle - a bath! For the price, it was fantastic. Lost 1 star because while the reception staff were great, the cleaners (three of them, clearly without enough work to do) were chatting outside my door for well over one hour at 8am, which woke me up much earlier than I needed and really irritated me.

The staff was really helpful. The food was good overall but the croissants were the best version for breakfast. The room was not very clean, there was dust on the covers and on the headboard but the rest was clean. The location of the hotel was great.

My only quibble were m the cleaning ladies at 8am talking loudly for 1 hour outside my room. Surprised they didn’t actually have any work to do - woke me up. Other than that 5 stars for a budget hotel in Belgium.

I stayed for just one night. Wish it could have been more. A friendly welcome at reception, and a large spacious room with a comfortable bed. The hotel is quite large and traditional. I was pleased I chose to stay here. The location is good, opposite the railway station, and very close to the shops, restaurants, bars and the sights. A very good price too.

I stayed for one night on a short trip to Namur. The hotel was conveniently located oppsite the railway station, and close to everything, sights, restaurants and bars. Friendly and helpful reception staff and good sized room with tv/ac/tea & coffee/fridge etc. Happy with the rooom and the hotel. A reasonable price too.
