A lovely stay at Ascott🌿✨ Ascott is centrally located near Xuanwu Lake, making it super convenient to explore the city and find great restaurants nearby. We were kindly upgraded to a suite, and the view from the 17th floor was absolutely stunning! We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time there. The staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. Would definitely love to stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nanjing's go-to treasure hotel! Ascott absolutely deserves five stars! Shout out to Lynn for the great service! The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was top-notch, making for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Downstairs is Metro Line 1, which goes directly to Xinjiekou – super convenient and saves a lot of hassle commuting. The services like parcel collection and luggage storage after check-out really understand the needs of travelers, making things easy and thoughtful. If you're coming to Nanjing, this is the place to be. Both value for money and the overall experience are excellent – you can't go wrong here!

During the summer holiday, I stayed at the Ascott Xuanwu Lake Nanjing with my children. The location is absolutely fantastic – it's right above a subway station! Getting to Nanjing Railway Station or Hongshan Zoo is just one stop away by metro, making travel incredibly convenient. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and even food deliveries can be brought directly to your room by a robot. A special thanks to Daniel for the thoughtful and thorough assistance during check-in and throughout our entire three-day, two-night stay. Such warm and helpful service when traveling with kids is a huge plus!

I chose this apartment for my business trip to Nanjing. Staying in a hotel-style apartment like this was a great experience. The room was well-equipped with an induction hob, cutlery, and a washing machine, which was very convenient. Lynn at the front desk was very friendly and made me feel right at home.

Ascott Nanjing is super conveniently located, just one subway stop from Nanjing Railway Station. Plus, it's right above the Huamao Center mall. This hotel apartment is incredibly well-equipped, featuring a double-door fridge, an induction cooktop, a Bosch washer, a SMEG range hood, a Panasonic microwave, a capsule coffee machine, and a TOTO smart toilet – you name it, they have it! They've really thought of all the details: laundry detergent, dish soap, dish sponges, pots, and cutlery are all provided, making for a truly comfortable and convenient stay. The second floor has a restaurant with both Chinese and Western buffet breakfast, and there's a pool on the B1 level. I loved the stylish wooden room key, and the power stays on in the room even without the key card. Helen Chen at the front desk provided excellent service!

The room was spacious, the hot water supply was stable, and the mattress provided excellent support. Our housekeeper, Lynn, was efficient and very attentive to details. The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated with various floral arrangements, a delight to the eyes. The hygiene standards were high, with clean and odor-free towels and bedding. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

A great escape from the hustle and bustle, this hotel has a fantastic ambiance both inside and out. Right next to Xuanwu Lake Park, it's a natural oxygen bar with fresh air. The room facilities are very practical; the Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and hot water all work great. The room was meticulously cleaned, with no dust or clutter to be seen. Lynn was very thoughtful!

Most importantly, the location was excellent, making it super convenient for getting around. The staff member, Flora, was also very enthusiastic and attentive. All in all, everything was great.

I stayed at the Ascott Nanjing Xuanwu Lake for over a week in a one-bedroom suite. The separate bedroom and living area offered great privacy. The appliances were fully equipped, and the washer-dryer combo made laundry a breeze. Heating up simple meals was also very convenient. The gym is open 24/7, offering plenty of flexibility for workouts. There's direct underground access to the subway, and it's a short walk to Xuanwu Lake. Overall, it's very suitable for extended stays and much more comfortable than a regular hotel. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Nanjing.

Ella at the front desk was very efficient and professional during check-in, responding quickly to all my needs. After I checked out, I realized I had left my charging cable behind due to my own oversight. Ella found it during room inspection, contacted me promptly, and arranged for it to be mailed back to me, following up throughout the entire process. She was incredibly responsible. The hotel as a whole was very clean, and the service team was professional and attentive. This is a trustworthy, high-quality hotel.
