Hôtel bien placé, mais pas hyper moderne (moquette passée, cabine de douche un peu étroite notamment). Mais très bien pour un court séjour seul.

PERSONNEL VRAIMENT BON ET ATTENTIF, PARLANT ANGLAIS ET FRANÇAIS, PERSONNES TRÈS SERVIABLES ET AGRÉABLES. Je reviendrai lors de ma prochaine visite dans la belle ville de NANTES !

Stayed in a 4 person apartment described as having a bedroom and sitting room, however the bedroom is up an open staircase on a mezzanine floor from the sitting room so there is no privacy between the rooms. When the second bed is out in the sitting room, you have to step over it in the sitting room to get to the kitchen and WC. The apartment was clean but tired - chipped kitchen cupboard, scratched paintwork etc. Breakfast was patchy - good on days when staff replenished but not on days when food and crockery kept running out. However - it is in a great location and the secure parking was a real bonus.

They charged me 3 times my credit card for one night. No answers no refund. My key was not there and had to call the hotline and took them 30 min to solve the problem and they charged my 20,-€ more for this service

The room was clean, and the people at the reception were charming and helpful. But the environment was noisy and surrounded by beggars and homeless people.

Déjà venue dans cet établissement il y a quelques années et c'est toujours aussi satisfaisant. Excellent accueil, propreté des lieux, literie confortable, plutôt calme pour un centre ville, emplacement idéal pour visiter Nantes avec l'arrêt du tram juste en face et le parking voiture est vraiment un +. Je recommande !

L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche du centre ville à pied et sur les quais de Loire.
Il est cependant vieillissant et mériterait une rénovation (porte de placard cassée, moquette tachée, canapé lit défectueux)
