A notre arrivée la personne de l’accueil n’était pas aimable contrairement à celle qui était présente ce jour à notre départ. Premier soucis hier soir concernant la télévision qui ne fonctionnait pas, second problème concernant l’isolation avec des murs fins comme du papier à musique. Pour couronner le tout ce matin à 10h la femme de ménage nous réveille en ouvrant la porte et en la claquant en vitesse quand elle nous aperçoit endormi. Nous ne mettrons plus jamais les pieds au sein de cet établissement !

Satisfait hôtel agréable assez spacieux et assez propre recommande

Réceptionnistes au top, les lieux sont très propres et calme je recommande à 100%

This hotel is disgusting. Our room had a water stained, mouldy carpet between the bedroom and bathroom and there was black mould in the bathroom. We had to ask to change room as the first room stank of cigarette smoke, the receptionist was very polite and helpful. How a major hotel chain can change or even let rooms like these is unbelievable in 2021.

To be honest, given the ratings we'd seen, we were a little disappointed. The room was clean, if very basic, and the receptionist was pleasant enough. However, the location was quite noisy, the walls were thin and the neighbours plumbing noisy. The bathroom tap was loose and there was no plug in the basin. And this is not a hotel, it is a motel. The price was OK but, for a few euros more, I'm sure there's be better choices. On the plus side, there was ample free parking, the wi-fi was good and there were plenty of eateries within walking distance.
