Di Palma Suite

It very clean. and staff very nice and helpful. I very happy and will come again in future

There was no one there for check in but host communicated well. The room smelt very musty and the walls were paper thin to the point I could hear the neighbor next door cough. Also got rudely awakened by extreme loud quests at 3am. Room had a queen size bed and a twin with only two pillows for both beds. Thankfully we only needed it for one night. Great location by the port.

Great location for coast and old town. Property itself staff were waiting outside room for us to leave most days so they could cleaning. Left key in door one day luckily nothing stolen. Breakfast the same everyday and awful coffee made in microwave. No information on area and felt an inconvenience to them.

Good things: great location to explore the coast/beach/port, and the city centre. Most things are within 10-15 minutes. Excellent restaurants nearby. Bad things: finding the place wasn’t overly easy, with the morning chuck out at 10am you are made to feel like you’ve kept the staff waiting. For the home of fine coffee, the breakfast method of water warmed in the microwave and instant coffee stirred in doesn’t quite hit the spot. Also came back one day to find their key left in our door- yes they have cctv, yes you’d need about 3 keys to make it that far, but you expect better in the hospitality industry.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. It was a safe accommodation and we had a lovely spacious room with a sea view from our balcony. It was clean and tidy and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The shared kitchen area was ideal. Really good family run business. No issues at all. Really nice location and very close to amenities and coastal restaurants.

Our stay at Di Palma Suite was great, our room was large and clean. The ocean view was also very nice. The breakfast was only mediocre, we chose to find a nearby cafe instead.

The rooms, including the bathroom were very clean and recently renovated. The hosts were very friendly and the location is perfect to visit both the historical center as well as Napoli's beautiful "lungomare"

Una struttura dalle enormi potenzialità, in una zona strategica dove si è vicini al centro di Napoli e a tutti i mezzi pubblici, dove si dorme bene per il silenzio in un palazzo storico ed il prezzo è coerente con la zona. Quello però che non ci ha convinto sono stati i dettagli: dall'orario ristretto (e tardo per un turista che vuole uscire presto per girare) per fare colazione, dai cuscini dell'Ikea troppo sottili, colazione stessa poi che non è altezza di Napoli (non chiedo una varetà da gran albergo, ci mancherebbe, ma un buon caffè e una sfogliatella a Napoli sarebbero veramente ben accette), al box doccia che mostrava decisamente i segni del tempo nel doccione e nella corsa dei vetri e per finire una maggior presenza fisica in struttura di qualcuno, è vero che al telefono dicono di chiamare a qualsiasi ora per eventuali necessità, ma per non disturbare da turista evito se non proprio indispensabile (per esempio accortomi il pomeriggio che l'abat-jour vicino al letto non funzionava, ho atteso la mattina dopo per segnarlo e mi è stata prontamente rimessa in funzione, con buona pace però della lettura la sera prima) . Peccato quindi perché il Di Palma Suite potrebbe essere una delle soluzioni migliori per chi vuole visitare Napoli, a leggere i commenti passati forse si è perso un filo d'entusiasmo nella gestione con il tempo, ma credo possa tornare ad essere una soluzione da voto massimo. Un pallino in più per la gentileza di Gennaro, l'unico con il quale siamo riusciti a scambiare più di quattro parole delle persone della struttura.

B & b ben posizionato (fra Piazza Plebiscito e il lungo mare), pulito, camere spaziose e silenziose, personale molto cortese e disponibile, colazione discreta (da migliorare assolutamente il caffè e gli orari durante i quali viene servita).
