The staff were very helpful.
Our room was very spacious and had a wonderful feel to it.
The rooms front on to a busy street that has traffic most of the night. However the sound-proofing is fairly good - there is only a problem with noise if you want to keep your balcony door open at night.

Hotel is clean . It is difficult to find and also difficult to contact. There is rarely anyone actually on the desk to ask for help. It’s very much do it yourself. The rooms just fit a double bed in but the bathroom was ok. Everything from bed to bathroom check in to check out is basic. It’s not expensive so I guess you get what you pay for?

All the amenities stated above are not true. Imma, promised us an iron for clothes, a flatiron for hair. We were charged with all the waters consumed. Even though we were to get breakfast included, it didn't happen. Very disappointing. I asked Imma to get my money back on the train, which we were not going to use because of an emergency, and she never even called me. I am now back in America, and I tried calling and she hangs up on me.

I stayed 5 nights at Barbarella in Chiaia, and it met every expectation. The host who spent everyday from 3-11 was very accommodating. Helped with what ever I needed and recommended things to do in the entire compañía region. My room was cleaned every day. And the hotel is in the perfect location if staying in Napoli.

Our room was just perfect and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the location, far away from the city centre chaos but close enough to explore the city on foot and ideal for a morning stroll on the seafront.
The staff was super kind and always made sure we were having the best time. 100% recommended!
