Hotel Santa Brigida

It's not a Boutique Hotel but a small, only one floor of the building, old hotel to be refurbished. On internet you can find pittures old, room and building condition are worse. I've found bed sheets of 2 colour: they should be white but internally they are yellow.....Good positio for the city center but you can find something better at the same price.

The staff was really kind and friendly, the location is very good, but the hotel is not on a good condition. We had no hot water for one day, the room is old, the breakfast is poor.

The staff were very nice, good location in the centre but I wouldn’t say it’s 4 stars. Rooms are needing a bit of an update and the bed are so hard with the thinnest pillows. Breakfast was a bit of a let down.

The room was modern and comfortable. Even though our room was facing Via Toledo, whem we closed the window, it was very quiet. On arrival, it was very hard to find the hotel. There isn't a big sign of the hotel name. We had to call the reception for help. I accept from a 4 star hotel to arrange a proper sign to help the guests finding the hotel. Breakfast: i can't even call it a continental Breakfast. The breakfast included small pieces of baguette, small pieces of cheese, small slices of salamy, several cakes that weren't eateble. From the second morning we had our breakfast outside. If the category is 4 star hotel, the hotel can't serve this kind of breakfast.

The hotel itself is nice and clean. It could be hard to find/access because it’s inside an old building. It was quiet in the room even tho it is in a busy street. The room was large and had ample storage space. Bed/pillows could be better and shower was tiny. AC worked well but didnt cool as much

Great staff that was extremely helpful and corteous. Flexibility with breakfast time which was a plus. Nice balcony view on a very lively part of the city. Great location. Good air conditioning equipment in a very hot day. State of the property was ok and functional.

Great spot & comfy enough for 1 night. Very helpful staff. Despite renovation’s happening it was very quiet. Handy to restaurants & the cruise terminal

Staff were really lovely, kind and helpful. Location was absolutely brilliant. Nice breakfast. Super clean!! The intercom was broken for the first 2 days (weekend) of our stay and the only option was to call the hotel to get in, but neither of our phones would call the international number, so we had to wait until someone came out in order to get in, so in future, if it breaks, it might be worth thinking about an alternative option for international tourists. It was fixed asap on the Monday. Our room was quiet, even though on a busy very noisy street, the balcony doors were super soundproofed. We found a couple of issues with the room, the stand in shower didn't work and the fittings were loose, but there was another shower above the bath so we didn't mention it to the staff. The main thing we found odd was the lack of toilet door! We think it was intentional, but there were obvious holes in the walls for hinges where there may have been one in the past. For private people, the lack of a door may be a problem... we had a running joke throughout the holiday about "needing to make use of a door" for our more serious ablutions. Probably one of the cleanest hotels we've stayed in, but make sure to keep things tidy and not to keep things on the floor (shoes, bags, washing) as they will be tidied away and moved. At the end of the stay we got a gift bag as well ＜3

Great staff and nice rooms. Property is hard to find but otherwise it was perfect.
