The host was very helpful in getting checked in, and also helped with securing a ride. I would absolutely stay here again.

The place is very central. Close to the harbour and subwaystation to the train station. Just a couple of minutes to walk to enjoy nightlife. Room was quite big and very clean. Communication was via WhatsApp. Nearly no personal contact but for me it was fine.

Donna Lena was an excellent host. I had missed my tour guide bus for Almalfi and was heading back to the room to pick up my luggage and I had texted her about the situation. She encouraged me to make different plans and head to the ferry dock to catch a boat to Almalfi Cost. Which I listened to and was grateful of her advice. Thank you Donna!!!

A lovely guest house in heart of Naples (great location and very walkable). The property and our room were very clean and in superb condition. We had a lovely 2 night stay. The staff were professional and very friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay of 5 nights at Donna Lena Relais. The check out process was very easy with simple instructions provided by the host. The place was super clean and welcoming. The location was walking distance to the ferry dock to take the ferry to Capri and other islands as you wish. Public transportation was right downstairs as well. We found a few really delicious restaurants that is within walking distance. A supermarket is also 10 minutes walking away so if you want to grab fruits/drinks, etc. We also rented a car for 2 nights and there was plenty of garage overnight parking behind the building for 25 euros/per night. Overall, I recommend this property for anyone who is visiting Naples and open to visiting Capri.

Check-in was horrible. I had to make a scavenger hunt to retrieve the key. And the listed address/location name of off-site business holding the apt key was not correct.
