Lovely hotel in the heart of Naples.

Outside of hotel dirty, while inside of property was nice. Not safe to walk after dark outside hotel.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. The hotel was a comfort from the business of the surrounding busy area. Breakfast was a perk. Located very conveniently to the Spaccanapoli.

We found this property in an excellent location. The breakfast is above and beyond and the staff was excellent to answer all questions I would highly recommend this place

the telephone at the room wasn't working, the selection of the and coffee is terrible , no milk. the servibar is almost empty, breakfast is average,no room service, etc
I payed 300€ the night so I expected much more

Enjoyed my stay at Albergo Palazzo Decumani! Staff were very friendly and responsive. The room was very clean and spacious. Convenient location tons of shops and restaurants around.

Hotel is beautiful, our room had all the comforts we hoped for including high quaity black out curtains. Staff are friendly and attentive - helped us navigate the city. Breakfast offered a deliscious selection of fresh and hot food, patries, fruit and coffee.
we felt safe and were safe walking about in the evenings. Its 2 minutes away from historic city centre making it really convient to explore this must see area. Its not a quiet area but with our windows closed and ac on, we were not disturbed. There is a bank machine right across the street and we used that without any challenges. Taxi access to the hotel was also a big plus.
