I've experienced the most unpleasant hotel experience in these past few years, while being a very regular traveller. Never experienced something bad lije this before, and hope I never will again. The owner of this hotel from Bellorizzonte, is a fraud and a thief. I booked this hotel from *********** on 5:45pm. Nowhere was stated that check-in was only untill 6pm. No way we could make check in within 15 minutes, as we were on the ferry from Ischia to Napoli, without any internet. Only if we would have been warned BEFORE booking, we would have never booked this Bellorizzonte maffia house. Besides: what kind of a lousy hotel closes its check in at 6pm?? I understand that the reservation for that day had to be canceled becausewe didn’t show up within 15 minutes (with payment), but I find it hard to accept that I wasn't allowed to check in for the next nights either, despite having paid for them. I directly called the service center every day (and contacted owner), trying to arrange for check-in (I was ready to check for every single day), but it was unsuccessful. He simply robbed our money and cancelled our reservation without any payback. So, we paid for something but got nothing! I am extremely dissatisfied with this situation. I am requesting a refund for this booking. This is highly unfair. Charging the full price for 2 nights just because of a short delay and refusing any refund seems like a scam to me. I have never encountered a hotel like this anywhere in the world. My strong advise to all travelers: NEVER EVER go to Bellorizzonte at all!!! Ps: there are more reviews like this on tripadvisor. The owner seems to have a standardized method to rob travellers: put a lastminute room on Booking on fe 17:30, put the ultimate check in time (which you can only find after very good searching!) on 18:00, and then wait if someone books. When they do and don’t show up within 30 minutes or less, he takes all the money and annuls the booking. When people write a bad review here, the owner answers them as if the fault is the customers’, (‘you don’t respect our rules, it’s not my fault’ etc), which is clearly not the case! Also: We cannot write a review on booking, as the owner annulled our booking. Very clever of him… he is purposefully robbing people while playing the good guy to the outside. NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL BELLORIZZONTE!!
