Napoli B&B

We received a chilled and pleasant welcome on arrival and found the room to be a great size and very clean. It was one of the cheaper rooms so had a view over the inner quadrangle which wasn't great, but we didn't spend a great deal of time in the room so that didn't really bother us at all. The location is very central and is only a short walk from Napoli Central Station, and the view from the roof terrace over the city and the Bay of Naples is fabulous!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. A three night stay ruined by noise, cleaners coming into my room without knocking and a poor check in experience. After arriving on day 1, after 8pm due to a flight delay I realise that no one is going to answer the door. Phone rings out. I’m stuck in Naples with nowhere to stay. Fortunately I find an email address on website and shortly after a WhatsApp business number texts me and asks me to go and visit a restaurant elsewhere to get the key. I get charged ten euros extra, because the check in had closed. Think about that, I got charged even though I made the effort to go elsewhere to get my key. Don’t think you’ll be getting a lie in at this place. In fact don’t think you’ll be getting any sleep at all. The walls are paper thin. Every morning not a minute before or after 9am, what seems like a heard of cleaners descend on the floor (it’s not really a b & b but more so a university type halls of residence). My floor only had three rooms on it. Hoovering, shouting, singing, whistling, banging. Mopping. Every single morning for hours. I don’t understand how this couldn’t have been done in 20 minutes. Every morning a cleaner would proceed to unlock my room without knocking and come in. Only to go straight back out without apologising. It is an horrendous invasion of privacy. You can also hear every conversation from the next door room. Room small, could barely move. Reminiscent of a box room in central London. Price OK at around 50 euro a night. The location is good. But this is the only thing I would say about this. If you book breakfast with your room, considering it’s a ‘bed and breakfast’ the owner will try telling you, you don’t have breakfast booked. You have to insist. He will eventually agree after spending 10 minutes checking it’s true. WIFI DOES NOT WORK. YOUR SIGNAL IS BLOCKED TOO. I rarely write reviews on sites because I don’t usually have any complaints. I was compelled to do so on this one however. I would give it 2 out of 5 stars **/*****

Tutto perfetto, comodo ai mezzi ed al centro storico, siamo stati coccolati da tutti, soprattutto dalla Signora Maria sempre gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Molto buona anche l'esperienza della mezza pensione presso "na bona furchetta".

Soggiorno da brividi.. il personale molto gentile ma tutto il resto veramente scarso. Le camere piccole impossibilitanti al movimento. Igiene completamente assente. Bagno vecchio, sporco e poco funzionale. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno.

se pensate a quando vi sedete sul gabinetto quando avete il mal di pancia potete capire la qualità del servizio. In sintesi è stato un soggiorno terribile.. lenzuola sporche, macchiate e piene di peli. Bagno Sporco. Altamente sconsigliato.

PRO: posizione centralissima. CONTRO: tutto il resto. Camera matrimoniale angusta ed asfittica ricavata in uno stanzino con soppalco, scala scomodissima, sospesa ed aperta per raggiungere il bagno minuscolo e fatiscente. Pulizia approssimativa. Sanitari letteralmente attaccati al muro, doccia fruibile solo con la porta chiusa in quanto quest'ultima copre l'accesso alla doccia. Puzza di muffa e crepe sul soffitto. Non so in che condizioni siano le altre camere della struttura ma di sicuro questa stanza è stata successivamente e malamente ricavata da uno spazio inizialmente destinato ad altri usi, non certo abitativi. Non adatta a persone anziane o con ridotta mobilità. Il contatore della luce non è sufficiente a coprire le esigenze degli ospiti della struttura: più volte si è staccato lasciandoci al buio durante il nostro soggiorno.

Posizione comoda,ma il resto bocciato tutto camera piccolissima nonostante fosse soppalcata a stento riesci a muoverti. Mal odorante. Tenda della doccia rotta,porta oggetti rotti ,tavoletta wc rotta e scarsa pulizia oltre all’ odore di muffa. Scala pericolosa ! Non ce rete all’interno della camera,solo con wifii che non va sempre ma a tratti perche rete libera Per non parlare delle finestre che essendo esposte sulle scale chi passa vede tutto dentro nonostante le tendine non oscuranti!! Peccato perche personale molto gentile e posizione strategica ma pecca sul resto. Spero migliorerete.

B&B posizione strategica nel centro di Napoli..camera un po' piccola ma funzionale...Maria una classica Napoletana sorridente e gentile abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione al ristorante Na bona forchetta dove abbiamo mangiato bene... quando torneremo a Napoli tornerò sicuramente da voi. Ottima posizione Camera enorme Personale gentile e cordiale Aria condizionata da sistemare, rumorosa. Bagno da sistemare ma accettabile. Ristorante convenzionate molto buono, porzioni abbondanti colazione ottima
