B&B Depretis 19 was in a great location. It was easy to walk to restaurants, shops, the hop-on, hop-off tour bus stops. The room was very nicely decorated, very clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast is not included ( which their name might imply a breakfast)but there are places nearby which serve good breakfast food. The amenities section for the B&B did state that breakfast was not included. There is a hot water warmer for instant coffee and tea which was also provided.

Check in process was very strange, had to wait for one of residents to get us into the main entrance, you are then greeted by a charming lady on a TV screen, and someone then visits the apartment about 15 minutes later to check you in and take payment. We had the larger apartment with a mezzanine area. The spiral staircase is dangerous in my opinion, smacked my knee on the low handrail coming down, which was a painful experience, so be careful with children or elderly people because the shower is upstairs!!…..the shower is tiny, absolutely no pressure and cold water after one person showered!!..the area of the apartment block is awful, felt quite vulnerable and the outside areas are disgusting and could do with a good clean

Great experience, the room was very clean and comfortable, nice view to the center of Naples and very close to Metro station. I like the communication with the owner of the property. Overall great experience and good rest, not to far from the airport.

A real find! This small hotel is hidden away on the 4th floor.. doesn’t look much from the outside, but the rooms are beautifully appointed and looked after. Staff are very friendly and speak excellent English! There are some reasonable restaurants and cafes outside so you can pick up a bite to eat. It’s about a 20 min walk to the central station
