Citykey Napoli - Bed & Breakfast

Fantastic location. Literally across the road from the metro next to Dante square. From there 2 min walk to the historic quarter, loads of bars, restaurants buzzing area, so much atmosphere, the graffiti everywhere gives it character. Slightly edgy vibrant place but never a hint of any trouble. Busy with all age groups locals and tourists, very hip, everyone just chilling. Simple spotlessly clean room, excellent cold AC, good shower, small but decent size fridge, comfy firm beds, balcony. Although busy road noise was minimal very quiet to sleep. Great host. Breakfast was lovely, fresh croissants, coffee, spreads and yoghurt served on a little trolley which we ate on the balcony. Reception is upstairs through a shoe shop but don’t let that put you off. Reception isn’t 24/7 but it isn’t an issue. WiFi good went off on last night but no real problems.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and had a great stay, mostly thanks to the terrific host Francesco! We used Naples mainly as a base from where to explore Pompei, Vesuvius, Sorrento and Capri so can't say much about Naples itself, but the accommodation was excellent. With the current heatwave and temperatures in the high 30s all day, the icy-cold air conditioning was a godsend! We had a room overlooking the Piazza Dante Square and took our continental breakfast on the little balcony each morning, a great way to start the day with coffee, toast, fruit juice and a choice of croissant, delivered to your room. Francesco gave great advice on places to eat and transport options, including arranging an early breakfast at the local cafe and a taxi to the airport for our early flight home. My wife and I were on the last week of our 3 week vacation when we arrived in Napoli. Citykey did not disappoint. We found our stay to be more comfortable and welcoming than some of the more posh hotels in Rome and Milan. The breakfast and cappuccino was simply amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I don’t know how I could ever vacation within the United States again after my visit in Italy. I highly recommend The Citykey in Napoli, I will return again in 2024.

Astonishing location. It has been a great discovery after many years of travelling to Naples. Great Staff, great location, and great accommodation in a historical building. We have been pampered and serviced at top level. Thank You!

Stefano was very helpful and full of knowledge of the city. The hotel is in a perfect location close walking distance to everything. Room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. They even got the room ready early for us and left a cake in the room for my partners birthday the day we arrived.

Hotel nel centro di Napoli, proprio di fronte all’uscita della Linea 1 della metro. Si trova al primo piano ma bisogna farci caso perché l’insegna non è molto grande. La camera era piccola e ben attrezzata, arredamento coerente e una bella vista su un interno, non particolarmente rumorosa. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile, tant’è che ci hanno chiamato prima del nostro arrivo per chiederci se avessimo avuto bisogno di assistenza o di un passaggio. La colazione viene servita in camera sul carrellino, la nostra era sostanziosa, oltre a cornetti caldi e caffè ci hanno portato anche yogurt, fette biscottate, succo di frutta, marmellate e cioccolata. Il prezzo è adeguato alla posizione, conveniente considerando che abbiamo soggiornato in bassa stagione.

Il City Key e lo staff ci hanno fatto sentire coccolati e i benvenuti a Napoli. La colazione è spettacolare con buonissimo caffè, spremute fresche, e prodotti sia dolci che salati. Ho trovato molta disponibilità per la mia esigenza di mangiare senza glutine. Abbiamo consumato la colazione sullo splendido balcone su Piazza Dante.Una atmosfera impagabile. La camera e tutto il BnB sono curati nei minimi dettagli. La location è perfetta per visitare tutta Napoli.

Location fantastica e in una posizione ottima...la fermata della metro proprio davanti alla struttura...per non parlare di Stefano e della signora..gentilissimi e super disponibili..colazione in camera ottima e massima pulizia...

Situato a piazza Dante posto strategico, per effettuare le escursioni perché è al centro di Napoli, con via Toledo a pochi passi, Cristo Velato, piazza Plebiscito, palazzo reale, passeggiata sul lungo mare, castel del l?Ovo, ecc.....
