The room was presented with a picture of a balcony with a view and a breakfast. None of that was fulfilled in the real world. In addition, the electricity went out several times for no obvious reason other than that a fuse had to be reset in the hallway.

Owner was fantastic and very helpful! Facilities were clean and tidy.
Area was central to alot of amenities.

This was our very first visit to Italy and we stayed here our first night after a long day and a half of travel.
The location was perfect for us. We loved the view and being so close to the water. There were several cafes to visit in the morning for breakfast.

The place was old and complicated to find however everything was so clean and the balcony view was nice. They provide juice, pastries, cookies, coffee. They have a kitchen were you can use fridge and utensil except cooking. Host (Federica) is extremely nice and efficient she help us with laundry and restaurant suggestions or trips tips. However personally don’t like my bathroom been outside of my room, also the distance of everything it’s way to far from the downtown and the taxis cost us a lot. Even taxis were confused where it was

Super responsive, helpful, and nice host! The area was walkable to all the sights that we wanted to see, balcony also had a nice view of the buildings near by. We felt super welcomed there!
