Horrible service, the check in its very fare from the room. They Ask 200 euro guarantee by credit card, they will return after 15 days. Ridiculous. No one pick up the phone very hard to get information after booked. Deeply considering before booking.

Besides fatal check in, the stay itself was nice and is located in a good area within Naples if you don’t mind walking around to several sights. Room was nice and cleaning lady was nice as well.

Booked and pre-paid for my room. Arrived at the check in and was told I had to pay more than double what I had already paid on top because the “deal” I received from Trip.com didn’t apply to me. They said I had to give them my credit card or they would kick me out and keep my money. Needless to say I found another hotel.

DONT STAY THERE!!! We got no informaiton regarding the check in and when we arrived at 9.00 pm (after having to go back and forth since we didnt know where to go due to missing info) they didnt let us check in. I PAYED THE HOTEL already in advance. They sent us in the pouring rain event though they were here and could have done the check in. We had to find another hotel rain. Super unfriendly and its not worth the money. Go look for a better one, this isn't it.

Where should I begin.For whatever reason you have to go to another location do the whole check in yourself on an iPad. Our stay was very close to the station, picked it especially as it’s hard for my mom to walk long distances.Then I find out that we first have to go to the check in location and not our actual stay location(which is more than 2km away).But I have to say thank you to the person who was kind enough to ask the driver to drive us to our location that was very pleasant.Although what happened after was very strang.I asked at the check in about certain amenities(like kettle and fridge) she said yes but truly she didn’t understand anything it seems, as when we got to our room there was no kettle.I wrote to them, no response for about half an hour then I wrote a big message, finally a response. However not with a solution but with an accusation.“First of all, we are working and we cannot reply IMMEDIATELY to our guests.You write 30 minutes ago, not 3 hours.Be respectful of our work” to me 30 minutes of silence from the people that you require help from is a long time.It would be much better if I was replied to in 5 mins with a message saying please wait whilst we are sorting out your issue,then I would have no problem with waiting. Kettle was brought with no cups, strange smell in the room, broken shelf and shower. The check out is strange too a lot of unopened doors but you have to leave your keys upstairs, so before you leave you have to open them and then go back.

Horrible place, filthy and old. Arrogant staff. The website points to an address. You arrive there and there is a sign to go to a different address 1mile away (1.5km). Then there is another sign to go to a third address a few block away. Your room is in the first address which is an old and ugly and dirty building. The room is tiny. Pictures are misleading. Avoid

Great location in the heart of Naples. Very hospitable security guard and staff who helped us sort out some issues with the AC in no time! Would definitely recommend to other couples as it’s very romantic and the views outside definitely set the vibe. We had a lovely stay!

The most terrible hotel! 1. The train station pickup driver was supposed to wait at the exit with a sign stating my name ...He was no where in sight. I looked through all the possible exits. Then he calls to say he is at Mc Donald's but there are he wasn't there. He was parked somewhere outside infront of a restaurant! As a first timer in the city, this was the first welcome. 2. The driver took me to some other place which was Not the hotel on Google maps. That place was a reception area of ClaPla company for check -in about which there was no prior information. 3. They checked me in and asked for city tax and extra compulsory cleaning charges only in Cash. (They refused another couple as they didn't have cash on them.) Receipt of payment was refused. 4. I had reached by 1 pm but they said check in is at 3pm until 9pm. And then they told me to leave and not wait in the reception area. 5. The locality was a bit shady as well. So as a solo female they should have been more accommodating. 6. At 3 pm they gave me 4 keys and when I asked them to mark which key was for what, they told me to figure it out myself. 7. The driver dropped me infront of a large old door and left. 8. With difficulty opened it. I had to drag my own luggages. There was another door and then an old lift with wooden doors opened and closed manually. Quite unsettling. 9. Another door. Another struggle to find the right key. 10. The fourth door was the room. At first glance the room seemed perfect but when I opened the window....alas the view were 4 dumpsters and a narrow alley. 11. There was no hot water and no one to help. 12. When I came back from my outdoor trip in the evening, I followed the Google maps. It took me to a similar door which opened with my key. But it was the wrong place! 13. When it was time to leave, the reception people refused to provide any taxi. Overall, after this experience I will never ever visit Naples.
