I ended up staying there at short notice, so I made a reservation on the day. There was a hot spring, lots of manga, and a food court, so I was able to stay comfortably. The next day, I took a morning bath from 6 to 9 am.
You can borrow towels as many times as you like, and the loungewear is comfortable, so I'm very satisfied.
Although the hotel was not fully booked, there were some people with large luggage, such as foreign backpackers. Large luggage cannot be brought into the sleeping area, so you have to leave it around.
If you are wanting to do something near the hotel location then I’m sure it’s perfect for a night or two.
We stayed for 1 night and it was a last minute booking. We arrived at 8pm. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. They helped us with the car parking which was ¥1000 for the night. Let them know at reception and they will ask for your car registration. They’ll give you a QR code to scan before you leave in the morning.
Our room was tiny and we could hear the highway next to the hotel, there was one pillow each side and the beds were small.
Bedsheets were light and the draft from the window was enough to make the room feel cold.
TV was massive for the room size and in an awkward position, by the side of the bed. No smart tv apps but it did let you mirror YouTube on iPhone. Netflix doesn’t mirror.
You can help yourself to amenities at the front desk.
The elevators are very small and can hold 2-3 people comfortably.
Overall average hotel does the night but you wouldn’t want to stay for longer periods. At least not in the room we were in.
Direct connection to the station, although it was a little wet in the rain... The front desk was not bad, slow but polite, I was satisfied because I did it. The amenities behind me were the first time I said I would bring my favorite things. I'm not worried about the sound of the corridor, and I'm going to be in Denny's morning.
Excellent

It's hard to stay at the station work booth for a few hours in my free time at work, so I used this for day use. I didn't expect it because the price was exceptional, but the receptionist was very kind and the room was clean and comfortable. In the welcome lounge on the top floor, not only all-you-can-drink coffee, tea and juice, but also open and cozy, and I spent time other than online meetings in the lounge. Since there are no tall buildings around, I could see Makuhari and Tokyo Bay without any obstruction. I understood that this is a terrain. I would like to use it for some occasion again.
It was very convenient because there was a convenience store nearby from the station and there was a convenience store around. I think it is a hotel that is very easy to use when there is a business around Makuhari. The hotel was beautiful.
It’s an older motel with front of house staff that have been working in the hospitality industry for a while. I arrived before the check in time (3pm ~), I was checked in just before 3pm which I didn’t expect. Courteous, friendly staff.
Breakfast was included in the 2 night stay - it was a simple Japanese meal that was easy sustenance - free servings of rice and soup. The staff made it a homely atmosphere with constant attention to guests asking them if they wanted more of what was available.
Room 720 faced the busy Highway but also had a great view that included sky tree. I could open the large single pane window and thought it was a unique point.
Cleaning staff were mainly foreign, all young and polite also. They knocked on doors to ask if rubbish needed removing and rooms cleaned.
I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant on 10F or the public bath and sauna - maybe next time.
suggestions:
(1) housekeeping: a quick dusting by cleaning staff (feather duster if not wet tissues) - the hotel is clean and even though it isn’t a 5 star hotel it makes a difference. The feather duster can easily reach corners of drawers and tables. Bathroom air filters can easily be cleaned with wet tissues.
(2) room cards for cleaning- more specific than a don’t disturb card. it will save time for housekeepers as they knock on room doors to ask if rooms need to be cleaned. They can focus on cleaning and do a better job on a hotel that has been kept going for a while.
The First Hongo Building It is a C is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. Visitors to Chiba will find that the First Hongo Building It is a C is a fantastic accommodation choice. Traveling to the hotel is easy with Makuhari-Hongo Station located approximately 400m away and Haneda Airport roughly 40km away. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Chiba City Makuharidai Park, Makuhari Park and Karaokeasa Makuhariten all nearby. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities.
Good location, the station is right outside, and it's very convenient to go to Lala Arena to watch live shows.
Full facilities, washing machine and vending machine on the second floor
The bed is big and comfortable, the bathroom is spacious
The breakfast is delicious
When I canceled, I didn't like being said high-pressure. Since it was canceled 3 days ago, I was charged about half the cancellation fee. It is unavoidable to take the cancellation fee because it is written in the regulation, but the cancellation fee is not taken at the hotel, so I checked if it would be taken by phone just in case. When I checked with the manager, he said, ”It's natural for us to charge a cancellation fee, and I don't know anything else. If you write in word of mouth, please write it.” This hotel will charge a cancellation fee from a week ago, so it is tightly tied. The attitude that it is natural to cancel at high pressure, and the cancellation fee was charged even though it was buried immediately by GOTO, which was surprising for me who have many business trips, so I gave the lowest score. ※ The cancellation fee was also charged at the beginning due to an increase. When I pointed out it, I got it at the prescribed amount, but I thought it was fuzzy even though I took the cancellation fee as prescribed.
