Sorry to say but we were a bit disappointed with how the hosts are reacting on our questions. We received many standard mail messages about payment, etc. even days before the day that we would arrive. Pictures which we thought gave directions to where the entrance to the apartment would be, but that appeared to be directions to a parking space. However we had indicated we would come by bicycle and they had confirmed that parking them inside would be possible. Instructions on how to enter the building were unclear. When we called they told us they would send us an instruction video but were not eager to come and help. This is an agency that apparently has several apartments and they use the Corona situation as excuse to send you lots of instructions on wireless, locks, payment, etc. and somewhere in a message less than 24 hours beforehand a line with an offer to meet you at the premises if needed. Plus the information that there is a charge of 15 Euro for cleaning which was never mentioned before. So the outsides status of the building as well as accusing us of having mentioned our unusual transport mode, made us cancel the booking at the spot and look for an alternative in Narbonne
