"Mieliśmy przyjemność pobytu w tym hotelu przez tydzień w maju. Przed naszym przyjazdem wysłałem recepcję, aby poprosić o ulepszenie pokoju i zapłacić dodatkowe koszty po przyjeździe. Zwróciłem się również do rezerwacji stołu w restauracji na naszą 2-tą noc na rocznicę ślubu. Kiedy weszliśmy do hotelu, byliśmy uaktualnini na życzenie, jednak dali nam to za darmo, jak to było świętowanie rocznicy ślubu w czasie naszego pobytu, co było tak miłą niespodzianką i naprawdę docenione! Nic w ogóle nie możemy popełnić, cały hotel jest tak niesamowicie czysty i świeży, tak samo jak nasz pokój. Każdy członek personelu, którego spotkaliśmy, był tak pożyteczny i przyjazny. Śniadanie miało tak wiele wyboru i odmiany, aby pasować do wszystkich. Chcielibyśmy podziękować wszystkim w hotelu za ich niesamowite usługi podczas naszego pobytu, i trzeba podziękować Alessandro & Giovani na recepcji, który zaaranżował dla nas ulepszenie pokoi i był tak pomocny w całym naszym pobycie. Polecamy bardzo Grand Hotel Riviera, pobyt tutaj nie rozczaruje. Grazie mile!"

The spa with the pool, sauna, hammam and jacuzzi are a must. The restaurant had excellent food. Our room was to die for. It was spacious, tastefully decorated, comfortable for louning on a rainy day and had a beautiful fresco on the ceiling. It was a pleasure to admire while in the bathtub! I would return to this palazzo without hesitation."
