Arrived late at Narita Keisei station, due to missing the right train from Tsudanuma (first time visiting Japan, mind you) and already half way to Chiba station.
Upon arrival on almost-midnight, apparently the front desk officer already waited for us, the last guest to check in. The staff can speak English well and very comforting. Offered free complimentary skin care (lotion or mask), too.
Stayed only 5 hours before the flight in the morning from T2 Narita Airport. Rode a free shuttle provided by hotel.
They provide tablet in each room for the guest to browse available service. Overall, it's a 10/10 experience.
