My only regret is rating this gem of a place highly in case the room rates go up and other people finding it!!

TOP of the TOWN is conveniently located on the Southern High side of this gorgeous regional town.
Ambience is its most key characteristic.
Ocean Views, brightly decorated rooms all combine to make a very enjoyable and comfortable stay
Great value and my new GO TO for future business visits

The room had an excellent elevated aspect with an interesting decor. However, being elevated & exposed, one/two warm blankets would be a suitable accessory to current flimsy bed covering. This would make the room more eco friendly by lowering the use of A/C to warm the room at night in cooler months.

Looks like it's newly renovated, nice new leather lounge. Water pipes were a little loud from other rooms but nice and quiet. I will stay here again.
