Not sure whether it is the hotel or the third party booking system. I had booked and paid via this third party agent and received booking confirmation and even a hotel booking voucher. Upon arrival, you have to email the hotel property to get room allocation and access key. No staff contact. The email response was unhelpful, first they told me they don’t have the booking. Then in their second email, they say that the third party booking agent had cancelled my booking. I’m not sure whether it is this hotel or the third party agent. Something is off. I’ve never had any trouble before with this third party agent. So I’m putting it down to the hotel. I won’t be staying at this hotel. Decided to stay at a different hotel.
