El trato del personal excelente, nos dejaron salir un poco más tarde porque me sentía un poco mareada tras hacer la excursión a las líneas de Nazca.

Well-located, nice decor, good-sized rooms. Three levels, with open-air courtyard in the middle. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. Wifi was spotty especially above ground level. They need to do better with their environmental commitment - if you say you won't replace the towels if we hang them up, and we've hung them up - don't replace them! The room also seemed to need another piece of furniture so there was somewhere to put things and charge your phone.

One night as part of a group tour. Small round pool, five/six strokes across but warm and relaxing. Sockets take USA and EU plugs 2 pin..WiFi good. Central location. Top floor vaulted roof,warm in the day but COLD at night. Rooms have clear glass (not private) windows to walkways. Listen out for the cocks crowing in the vicinity at dawn (and the pigeons and other birds). Acceptable breakfast.

The staff at the front desk were just the best. We had a hiccup on transportation and they worked hard to assist. Can't say enough nice things about them. The hotel is very nicely located and our room was clean and comfortable. Thanks to all who worked hard to make our experience great.

Wonderful staff. beautiful place, and close to everything.I got there a day earlier by accident, but the gentleman was pleasant and accomodating. He said I could leave my stuff there even if I had not checked the into the room yet. I liked the woodwork in the room.

Great location, facilities and staff. Enjoyed the pool on both stays. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Did have some trouble with air conditioner- it was so loud we couldn’t use it. The staff is very helpful and English was spoken. Highly recommend!

Is the best hotel in Peru. The personnel is just the best in the whole world. The commodities are great and the cleanness of the place is just the best. Food is wonderful, the chefs and personnel are so committed 💖

the rooms are standard, have all amenities you need and the staff is extremely helpful. The open breakfast earlier if needed, help elder guests with luggage and any other need. Special thanks to Daniel, Henry and Robert. Bravo! Casa Andina Standard Arequipa could learn from you!

Rooms were spotless on check in. Water pressure was good and hot, and bed was comfortable. Decent breakfast though being gluten free, they made me an omelet, otherwise there was a good selection. Great atmosphere with the trees growing inside. Staff was very friendly and it felt safe.
