The place is wonderful but rooms need to be renovated. Overpriced Bathroom quite old The freeze in the room is very big and belongs to 1970s same as air cooling system The hotel is very well located in the center with some adjustments in rooms it cloud become a four stars

Oasis in the city of Nasca. Beautiful hotel with courtyard garden and swimming pool. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good but could be improved considering the rest of the hotel is to a high standard.

My spacious room was situated in a former hacienda, tastefully renovated to retain its historic character. The hotel is conveniently located near the Nazca airport, where I booked a 35 minute fly over of the world famous Nazca lines. In preparation, the night before, I booked a 90 minute lecture - delivered in the hotel, which described the discovery and meaning of the lines. All considered: it was a remarkable experience!

Lovely hotel. The room was very nice but very noisy with the traffic. The people at the front desk were great. The last day when I had to leave early in spite of signs and people saying breakfast was at 6, they decided it should be at 7 instead. After some discussion, they started bringing out breakfast at 6:20. Still a very nice hotel.

Adequate three star hotel. We only had a one night stay so it did the job and it was suitable base for doing the Nazca Lines tour. Room a little tired. Close to the centre so easy to get to shops and cafes etc.

I had to leave Peru earlier than planned because of the political instabilities cancelling my job in Nazca, and on my check-out day I had an agreement that they would reimburse me for the remaining time that I had already paid for. They told me that this would take 1 month, which I found odd, but I didn't think that a chain hotel would try to scam me. Today, 26/04/2023, they still haven't answered a single email that I have sent, and of course, no reimbursement at all. On the checkout day, they even wanted me to pay separately for the hotel expenses (dinner, mini fridge stuff, etc), even though they still needed to reimburse me hundreds of dollars. So if you think you might need to leave early or just don't want to spend your money on a dishonest place, I suggest you find some other hotel. And to think that this was the place that gave Dr. Maria Reiche a place to spend her remaining years for free, after all that she did, I wonder how she would feel about this.

looks like this hasn't been updated since the 50's - rooms are very outdated and this is supposed to be one of the better places in town. The exterior is nice, but that's it. Best part is its withing easy walking distance to the only2 decent (for tourists) blocks in town.

I visited this hotel first for one night with my friend on our road trip and we ended up liking it so much that we waited to be able to come back for second time and we did. The building is beautiful, vibes are high and staff is kind and professional. Pool area is amazing. Location is good on nice road that has cafes and restaurants. It isn’t common to find a hotel with heart.
