Over prized! We took a 2 BHK AC 'SO CALLED' Villa. There are many reasons for which we felt it was overpriced. 1. Paid 4500 for 2 BHK / 2 Couple. (Room No. C-47 / 14/15 May, 2022) 2. Almost ZERO Amenities 3. The AC kept Tripping throughout the Night. 4. The property is not nicely maintained, you will find POP from Walls coming off at many places. 5. Washrooms are not maintained. Washbasin was broken, hand faucet was hanging on a screw. 6. No intercom. The Manager/Incharge of the property, Rajubhai is a nice person & his service is up to the mark. 2/5 🌟🌟

This property is in maharashtra and not in gujarat so if anyone is booking for stay in saputara please keep in mind. This is 6 km away from saputara near border.

A 2nd home experience with good cleanliness and a nice tailor-made food. I got a food which i won't get anywhere else other than my home. All and all was a good experience. Rajubhai owner of the villa is very co operative.

Good location, safety wise excellent, staff and the property owner both some kind and cooperative. I enjoyed a lot to stay here and once again we came here for stay

Saputara has been developed as a planned hill Lake View Hotel with all around the necessary amenities like,,Parks swimming pools, boat club, theaters, ropeways and a museum to ensure an enjoyable holiday in the cool of the hill. Saputara is only 172 km. from Surat and 250 km from Mumbai. Saputara will soon have its own airport as state government is considering the plan. Maharashtra state border is only 4 km away from Saputara. Excursions from Saputara can be made to the wild life sanctuary in the Mahal Bardipara forest, 60 km. from here and to Gira Waterfalls 52 km away.
