Great property and very clean rooms. maybe a bit out of the way so you either will walk a lot or take short ubers. for us the location was perfect, as it was nice to have a quiet safe place to come back to in the evenings and nice to walk around in the mornings.

Hard beds, terrible internet. Some staff were friendly, some not. I would have stayed elsewhere. The rooms are large and newer although. Each room had a washer and dryer as well and a nice kitchenette.

Started at 8:30 in the morning trying to run us out of the room, came back at 10 then called at 10:30 to ask us the 3 rd time if we were leaving. Check out was 11, don’t know what the rush was for.

This was a nice new property , full kitchen , nice size , staff friendly and accommodating. The bed was not great , hard mattress , not super close to breakfast places - I would stay again though

The hotel itself was very beautiful, but the front desk staff were very rude and unwelcoming with the exception of one of the managers who was very bubbly even before I reported the staff behavior to her. The parking is terrible. There’s no parking lot, so you have to park in the street. There’s no porter to assist you in bringing in your luggage so you have to push it all the way up the never ending, looping ramp by your lonesome! Once you finally get checked in, and it’s time to go to your room, be prepared to drag your luggage once again across the floor or pick it up because the carpeting on the floors in the hallways is so thick that it renders the luggage almost immovable. This facility is not disability friendly AT ALL!!! As a person with disabilities, this place was very difficult to navigate and I was lucky that I had someone with me that helped me when my luggage got stuck because I probably would’ve just left if I was alone and saw that long inclined ramp. Once we finally arrived to the room, the aesthetics of the room were absolutely beautiful. Just be careful with the bed because you can easily push the mattress off the flat stand and end up on the floor. Oh, and it is located on one of the most boring strips ever! I would never stay here again.

Was pretty dinged up for being brand new. Overall very comfy but front desk service and choice of any food or snacks was very limited.

The room was clean, however there was an alive bug/beetle in the shower. Otherwise, it had great space and resources available. The only other concern was the housekeeping. My group got back late from the bars, but was woken up to housekeeping entering our room at 8:30am even though check out wasn’t until 11am. Then after telling them we were still sleeping, they returned a second time 30 minutes later. No one was able to go back to sleep.

The 3 bedroom hotel suite was perfect for our girls trip. The rooms were spacious and kitchen and living room was big enough for 6 ladies to hang out. It was close enough to downtown so we walked. I would definitely stay there again. The staff were amazing!

Absolutely loved this hotel! Easy check in, great location in the middle of music row, and the rooms and actual property are so clean and pretty. Highly recommend staying here!
