Excellent hotel. Excellent location. Helpful and smiling staff.
The only problem we had was that we asked to extend our stay by one more night, the price jumped to double then what we paid for one night.
(We had to look for another hotel and in the end we found an excellent hotel at a better price and in a better location....so everything worked out for the best for us...)

Great location, short walk to main centre and attractions. Staff in the hotel and breakfast restaurant have gone above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.
Would highly recommend.

Great stay.
Boutique hotel feel; cool bar and great location to Broadway. Beautiful marble bathroom and stylish decorations. Staff and doormen were very accomodating and I felt safe. Bed/pillows very comfortable. Only negative was room was a little small and no closet but I had expected the room to be small as it was an old building. 5 stars.

Great property. Art Deco theme is nicely executed throughout the property from the lobby to the rooms. Enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant and a few drinks at the bar before the show. Walkable to all major attractions downtown. Will stay there again.

The hotel overbooked our already paid for reservation and moved us to a hotel down the street under renovation. Not a good experience.

We had such a lovely stay at Holston House!
The rooms were clean, modern & comfortable. The politeness of every staff member we encountered really made our stay one of a kind. We will 100 percent return to this hotel next time we visit Nashville.

Everything was really good except one of our 2 rooms wasn’t ready when we checked in at 5:15, they said it was still being inpected. It still wasn’t ready at 6:30, still waitingvto be inspected. They said they would text me when it was ready and I never did get a text. Finally we came back to check around 10:30 at night and it was ready. No apology for not texting, for it being late or anything. The staff was appethetic and dismissive about the inconvenience. After that night the staff was very friendly and helpful.
