The room that I booked was not what I received upon checking in. I had paid for 2 queen sized beds but gotten 1 queen and a sofa bed. Front desk informed me that they were out of 2 queen beds and sometimes third party apps uploads incorrect information. Service recovery was not the best. Credits were offers but that does not reflect the price differences between the two types of room. Not to mention that decision was made purely for the fact that I was promised 2 queen beds. Overall, hotel was okay, just not what I had in mind.

위치는 중심거리와는 조금 떨어져 있지만 그래도 길옆에 있어 좋아요. 룸은 깨끗하고 커서 불편하지 안아요. 키친도 있어 음식을 직접 만들수도 있어요.

The staff is nice. The hotel is clean & comfortable.
The $40 forced valet parking is ridiculous. We were on the 6th floor & could hear everything on the street. The trash was picked up at 4:15 a.m. the beeping of the truck backing up. There were constant sirens & very loud traffic noise until 3 a.m.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The valet, York was super nice. The breakfast was decent, could use some meat and fruit but overall not bad. Would be nice if the weekday hours were extended to ten.

Did not know was car valet only. I only like to self park. Do not like strangers driving my car, otherwise stay was good. Very good breakfast.

This is a nice hotel overall. Issues were minimal and dealt with by the staff quickly upon request. The breakfast was good, and the location, removed from the main entertainment district around Broadway but close enough for easy access, was a plus. There were also a number of music clubs and restaurants within a few blocks if you don't want to deal the the madness on a Saturday night. One of the issues we had was related to the valet parking and they comped us a night of parking for our trouble. We would chose this place again if we ever return to Nashville.

It was a very nice hotel but the below comments demonstrate why the overall rating is a 3. We were booked in a room next to the air conditioning and ice maker, so very noisy at times. Also the noise from the street was horrendous. It is evident the builder did not spend a lot of money on windows that would block this noise. A lot of this noise was at night so very annoying. The room was nice.. a chair would have been helpful. The chairs for the 'table' were extremely uncomfortable.
