Booking was translated incorrectly from travel agent to hotel, assigned us to a room with 2 Queen beds after purchasing (for an upcharge) a Standard King room. The hotel staff was able to accommodate, which was great. The room itself was relatively clean, however the refrigerator was not cleaned out and we had to dispose of the previous guest's leftovers. The pool was also closed for the season, which was a bummer for sure... even if we just wanted to hang out outside, the only seating options were 2 seats meant for smoking. I understand it would be difficult to prevent people from using the pool if it was closed, but an alternative outdoor seating option would've been nice. Other then that, the location had convenient access to downtown Nashville and was proximal to some very cute hole-in-the wall bars and restaurants. Not an unpleasant stay, would still come back (for a 3rd time) if the pool was open. The rooms were equipped with both refrigerator and microwave and were more spacious that other chains I've stayed at. The price was amiable as well, given the lack of amenities.

People in the room next to us and across must had to be told to be quiet two nights in a row. Had extremely loud phone conversation in the hall outside of our door.

Property is not well taken care of. The bathtub was stained or not wash correctly , bed sheets were stained, door was peeling , floor was so black, smelled like cigarettes even tho it says no smoking. Do not book. Luckily I travel with my own bath towels , Clorox wipes and pillow cases but for 85$ for a night , deff not worth it. Worth 20$ a night.

Carpet in room was soaked, Door was broken door nob was broken, horrible smell Place is falling apart

My expectations weren't high to begin with. Check in was quick and easy, liked that. But once we got up to our room, there was a VERY heavy perfumey smell, several (poorly) patched holes in the walls, floor lamp in the corner was dirty/rusty. Fabric shower curtain was stained and looked like mold was growing on it. The toilet had a sticky film on it. Thank goodness it was only 1 night...

The beds were hard the room was small the mini fridge didn't work the bathroom door wouldn't latch the room was cold

Bathroom needs repair, the bathtub has obviously leaked water because the wall board is crumbling

Much better than I expected. Located centrally for my needs. Allowed me to check-in early.
