Such a fun hotel for a girls trip! Close to everything, beautiful design, very clean. Highly recommend!

Noisy, cold, poor food quality. Staff was not knowledgeable or helpful. I was with a handicapped person, and no one offered help with doors or anything ! The room so Noisy you couldn't sleep and the beds had divits to sleep in. Don't stay here.

The hotel and staff were great. We were there during snow which complicated many things in the city. The hotel management even offered staff rooms to be able to make their shift the next day. Fantastic management there. Rooms were clean and comfortable. My only issues were the water pressure in the shower was not great and the air quality was terrible. The forced air was so dry in the room. Perhaps because the use of heat is not the norm in Tennessee. The only other issue we had was at the Saturday DJ brunch. We were a party of 8 dribbling in after a crazy night before. Ordering alot, hefty bar bill. As the last of our party arrives and orders their food. As we are waiting the manager tells me brunch is 2 hours. Completely understand as i am in food service myself. I apologize as we are at the 2 hour mark. However, again as i am this is my business as well i notice several open tables and no one waiting for a table. At that point no server would even make eye contact as we would be happy to order more drinks or move to the bar if they needed the table. Just Completely avoided us. That was ridiculous and unprofessional.

Excellent hotel. Great location, the hotel has a nice bar and a restaurant with live music.It was really pleasant and clean but the thing that makes this a such a good place to stay are the staff, Celso and Diego were very friendly and professional. We decided to stay one more night and Celso was very helpful with our questions and very responsive to whatever we needed. I highly recommend to explore downtown Nashville and take advantage of walking few steps and staying in this great location.

Hotel was very difficult to find- the only sign was over a deeply recessed door
We had 0 hot water when we got back to our room at about 10:30 pm! Could not take a shower!

The hotel was great but I had no hot water on two nights and the service department had to get it going which took time. But they got it going.

I loved this sweet hotel. I was just there for one night, but the food was amazing, the staff was so kind and the bed was awesome! Best sleep I have had in awhile. Lovely hotel. You won’t be disappointed

Great hotel in a great location. Just 5min walk from Broadway with all its bars and restaurants. Easy walking distance to many attractions. Staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean, well kept and comfortable

Very convenient hotel to Broadway and Peddler Alley. Room was trendy and super comfortable bed. Excellent choice and plan to stay here again on future visits
