Polite staff, easy check in, clean rooms with a sitting area, comfy beds, and minutes to the opry...
Can't ask for more! Bonus: hot breakfast with a super polite hostess!

The resort itself was great for location and the consideration of the staff (they were awesome!). But our room on the third day had ladybugs all over it another but crawling over the furniture.
They moved our room but be mindful of bugs!

This property was excellent! The staff was friendly and helpful, very clean and well taken care of. Great breakfast. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Nashville!

The property was very clean, very quiet and convenient to interstate. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the selections were great. I loved making my own waffles. I will definitely choose this place for my next stay in Nashville. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for quiet, clean, rest and relaxation. I enjoyed it all.

Construction around property, limited breakfast options, stained towels. But close and very easy drive to the Opryland convention center.

We found this place very comfortable. The room was a good size and layout with a comfortable bed. It was quiet, the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. No complaints!

I made the reservation over a month in advance. We had bad weather on the drive so I called ahead to let them know I would arrive late. When I checked in they gave me a key a room that was occupied. I woke someone up at midnight-unacceptable and unsafe. They then scrambled and gave me a room with one bed instead of the room with two beds that I paid for.

The front desk staff, David, was terrific. He managed to check us in early and, due to a system glitch at corporate, he personally checked our rooms to ensure that they were clean and ready. I'd definitely stay again. We were able to walk to restaurants, and it was easily accessable to the freeway.
