Days Inn by Wyndham Nashville Saint Thomas West Hospital

Was in town for work. The location is excellent I am literally near everything food, shopping , hospital and work. I come here every few months to do covid-19 clean up training and I always stay here. These guys are the best. It's basic & simple with no hassle. No mess. No fuss. Friendly staff here will help with whatever may pop up. They are down to earth and will not bother you when you need rest. I need Day time sleep bc I work at night and these guys did not bother me about signing papers or key cards updated. When I woke up and got ready to go I stopped by the front desk and my booking paperwork was all good to go. I had to do a day by day reservation and they were cool with it. The price you cannot beat. The hotel down the street here was 197$ a night, with rewards. These guys were 72$ with rewards membership. It is safe. It is clean. Very Simple and easy to check in. I recommend this hotel to anyone needing to be near anything in Nashville. Work. Play. Business. There isn't a pool ,but I haven't seen anyone swimming in hotel pools since before the pandemic. So it is not a deal breaker lol They get all 5 stars from me! Thank you for not being complicated and all in my business while I was crazy training and visiting my dad while he was at St. Thomas with Open Heart Surgery. Thank you and God bless.

The sliding door to the lobby was broken so you have to physically drag the door to the side to get in and out for check in/breakfast/check out. The key reader for our door was broken. The towels were dirty. The coffee maker in the room was broken. The microwave was just sitting on the floor which was strange. The breakfast area had a pan full of sausage soaking in water. Other than that it was fine. At least the bed was comfortable and firm.

First room they gave at check in had no headboard, nightstand, phone or outlets and tv did not work moved rooms and when checked into new room garbage cans still full of garbage from last guest

STAFF WAS POLITE BUT FACILTY WAS POORLY PRESENTED AND ROOM WAS DIRTY WITH LEFTOVER ITEMS FROM PREVIOUS GUESTS. ROOM WAS NOT STOCKED WITH ANY AMMENITIES.

The hotel was not very clean, and was not cleaned very well. The staff was very nice, and helpful as well. But the property had much to be desired. Beds dingy and lumpy, TV worked but the cable didn't. Furniture was shabby and pock marked. Visible dirt in many places.

It was alright the toilet didn’t work even after coming in and fixing it and it was non smoking and smelt like straight up smoke

Regulating the heat was impossible! I froze ALL night, today I’m sick. Shower rod secured with twine. Run down, needs up dates bad. Sink looks line hell. Beds, where do you get a bed that poorly! Thrift store? Water was trickling in sink and tub. Looks like someone let in A hurry, I didn’t have a problem turning them off. No wash clothes.

Hotel room was good. Front desk person was so rude when we asked to refill the food in the Breakfast room. No tables and chairs to sit and eat .

Keep in mind it was Chris**as. There are no dryers in the rooms. And I had to wait a minute for my management to get in to bring me one. However, he answered every phone call and got there as soon as he could. I definitely give it a three stars but it’s worth the price. Sometimes I could be a princess and I was a little disappointed but, you do get what you paid for. It was a fine day.
