밤늦게 체크인 가능하고 방도 넓어서 편하게 잘사용했어요.근데 방안에 전자레인지가 작동이 잘되지않아서 불편했어요.

Staff really helped us with a early check in...we had a real bad experience with motel 6 and wanted to leave there asap...real nice breakfast also!!

Do not stay here. Dirty rooms (bugs inside, stains on comforter, weird substance on ceiling, lock looks like it was tampered with…)

I just can’t say enough about the amazing people that work The Alexis. They were just so kind and friendly and oh did the go above and beyond to help me when I lost a ring. Just amazing, kind people. I also have to compliment the night crew, they were just so great. Thank you to the entire staff.

It was incredibly disappointing. The room was spacious but when we turned down the sheets we found a bunch of hairs, a stain that looked like blood, another that was like makeup, the furniture was stained and had grease marks on the leather office chair (clearly not even wiped down between customers). The tv (fire tv) was originally set to only work if you logged i f you used your personal streaming accounts. When we informed the front desk about everything they have us new sheets (the wrong size) and we had to change the bed linen only to find the bottom blanket and mattress cover to be even dirtier than the to sheets. Needless to say, we immediately checked out and found a better hotel.
