Very friendly when checking in and out. We had a family room, and the bathroom wouldn't shut. Other than the minor repair it was a good visit.

Didn't stay due to meeting being cancelled due to icy weather conditions. I did not receive a refund even though I notified them 2 days in advance

The inside of the hotel was so clean and very nice to enter. I'm pretty sure the folks who were in the next room were smoking pot. That's a bummer. It would make sense to have a non-smoking FLOOR, not just rooms...

Great place to stay if you are flying into or out of nashville airport. Clean, staff was friendly and it is very close to the airport.

It’s a nice hotel when you come in . The room was a little different. It reeked of cigarettes and there were several crumbs in our bed. The breakfast was okay but not the greatest. The bread was stale and the juice was watered down. I’d give this a place 2 out of 5 stars overall

Came in late to the smell of skunky **** in the foyer. Room had a different odd odor. Slept ok and went on our way.

Recent ice storm had covered the parking lot. We saw staff with bags of salt but they failed to use it to make access to the hotel safe under foot. It was VERY dangerous underfoot. Also, the wifi was not working the first day.
