No major issues the staff was helpful and friendly the common areas need cleaning and the building a little TLC.

I booked an "accessible room." Upon arrival was told it was on the 3rd floor. I didn't feel the necessity of utilizing an elevator was really a safety concern in an emergency for someone who needs an accessible room. Our room had a nice bathroom, better than some better chains I often frequent. That's the best thing about our stay. Saw a huge bug on the wall twice. Didn't investigate.

Our first room the heat didn't work. They moved us to another room & the phone didn't work to call the desk! Service from the front desk was great!

This hotel's elevator does not work properly. I read reviews where this was an issue 3/4 months ago. I figured they would have finished the repairs by now. This is very poor and should be disclosed before someone makes a reservation with them. Extremely inconvenient. Very poor.

This was my first stay at a Comfort Inn and I really enjoyed it. The room was great, spacious, had a couch and kitchenette area. Bed was super comfy. It is located right off a major highway/intersection, so moderate noise levels, but nothing disruptive. Would definitely stay here agai !

Walls are very thin - hear everything from other travelers all night. Smoke alarm sounding overnight causing staff to have to remove the alarm completely. Room alarm clock going off at 4:15 Am which had not been reset from previous guests appArently. Overall very clean and spacious, but multiple little things made stay miserable.

Easy, friendly check-in. Safe, secure parking in the front area of the hotel (no so much in the back). Breakfast was pretty good. Coffee was OK. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. TV and the remote worked fine. Heating and cooling were excellent. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Access to the hotel is difficult & confusing.

Hotel room was clean bed was super clean AC was not good they have it preset to 66 won’t go lower and I have breathing problems so depend on cold air, entering/exit the hotel is a nigh**are during working hrs. Other than that great hotel
