Location is great right off expressway, room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle ran every hour to town and back. We enjoyed breakfast too.

Clean , basic. no window except ndear ceiling, were not informed that site would be inaccessible at our checkin time (football game). good selection good cereals at beakfast but no milk and no bowls, no hotn water first morning. Otherwise, good service

This Hotel has a great location right across the street to the Nissan Stadium. Was very happy with that, but will never stay here with my family again!! If your of Hispanic descent, and may “look” it I wouldn’t recommend it either! The staff was rude, one in the morning at breakfast we asked her if there was any milk for my 6 year old to eat her cereal and she said NO. There is no milk! After we are almost done with our breakfast she came out and gave all 3 other families with kids cartons of milk and she looked at us with a smirk as we were already almost done… when complained at the front desk the manager did not seem to care… also, we had not even checked out yet and the house keeping threw out 8 brand new water bottles we bought the night before, we had in the fridge! What the heck? We are all born and raised in the USA I personally have not been treated like this at any other hotels, and I have stayed at quite a few… last note they don’t have hot water… the slightly warm water in the shower was cold in less then 5 mins. Definitely not a comfortable stay.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay. Bathroom had been newly renovated. Great shower pressure. Hotel conveniently situated to downtown, providing a free shuttle to roadway on the hour. We walked to Bridgestone arena to see the NHL over the foot bridge. Breakfast plentiful and adequate for all tastes. Would recommend this hotel.

Staff provided great customer service and the room was clean and in good shape. The area around the indoor pool could be enhanced to match the great guitar-shaped pool. Shuttle service wasn't available in the morning as indicated although was available after 2 pm.
