It’s ok for what you pay. It could be cleaner but they are not. The guy at the front desk was super nice. The breakfast was ok but they ran out of food way before 9am.

The hotel needs working amenities, upgrade on appliances . The microwave is 1950 not digital you have to turn knob. Ice machine on 2nd floor it’s Not working that’s where I am staying in Handicap Room ..That should be 1st priority to get fix. Big inconvenience and dangerous if I get hurt going to 1st or 3rd floor for ice…

The room needed a deep clean. The bathroom surfaces were dirty. Vanity, tub especially. The nightstands, dresser, desk and ottoman looked as if someone had vomited and it had ran all over. (Orange spit) The TV had bright spots like it was about to blow out. The coffee maker didnt work properly. We Could have used a channel guide since we were not from the area.
Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Employees were extremely friendly.Bed,towels, pillows were all very clean. It was quite and relaxing. Close to Vanderbilt Hospital and easy back road access to there and their One Hundred Oakes location. Helping to not have to get in the interstate traffic. Good price for everything we got.

It's close enough to everything we needed to do. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. The room is clean and doesn't smell bad at all. Bathroom is a little small and old. With this price, I don't have much complaint.

This is a great place to stay. Close to downtown and freeways. The rooms are very good. This is our go to place to stay in Nashville.

The in room AC/Heater unit was nasty, and the vents were broken. I did not like the air moving through the half clogged vents.
Carpet was stained.
Black mold in the caulking around the tub.
These things are due to a lack of concern by the owners.
Normal maintenance would cure all of this.
Breakfast was great!

The front desk service was good, the lobby was organized and clean. The dining area was always clean and organized. In the room I found some stains spots in one of the beds.Room Service was very good. Good reasonable prices for the area.
