We tried to check for early checkin after a long day of driving. We called the hotel-and then were told we needed to call another number. Instead of transfering us, they told us we had to call. When we called the 2nd number, they said we had to send a text to ask abou it. We waited and then found out it wasn't doable. That's OK--but the process is borderline awful. The front desk team was nice-but I was surprised that even after booking 2 nice rooms for 2 nights, it did not come with cleaning service or new towels. We rang the front desk and they said they'd send someone up to service the rooms. Regrettably, that didn't happen for either room 1010 or 910.
