Excellent location conveniently located adjacent to the Music City Center ( convention) clean rooms, decently sized rooms.

Staff was incredibly polite, the building was beautiful. Beds were very uncomfortable, both my wife and struggled. Overall, we got what we were wanting which was to be close to the stadium for the Predators game.

We had an excellent stay. The location was perfect for our needs. The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The suggestions given to us for things to see and do were wonderful.

Beautiful property and a great room. The breakfast was way overpriced for what it was and no discount for staying in the hotel.

It was great to have restaurants inside the hotel.
The location was within walking distance from broadway. There are even shops inside the building. The staff was friendly and helpful. This was our 2nd time staying and will definitely stay again.

When we pulled in, we were immediately greeted and welcomed in. The lobby is big, and very nice looking. Check in was easy. The elevators are key card locked, so non -guests can't just easily reach the hotel floors. When I got to our room.. Oh my, the view of downtown was amazing, I really was not expecting it. There are a couple of stores and restaurants inside, and a walk through to the other side of the block. So you can stay inside for longer if it is cold out! It is just an 8 minute walk to Broadway and all of those restaurants and bars. It was our first time to Nashville and I had a great time. I would definitely stay here again!

Two days in a row our rooms were not cleaned. They came very late and we were already back at the room. It may be because we were are on higher floor. They did however replace towels etc. Rooms were very nice and we kept it clean so not a huge deal. One thing I will say is we stayed 5 days with two rooms and when we asked for a late check out they only gave us an extra hour. We had a late in the evening flight and to stay 2 hrs would have been an additional $75 and any longer almost $300. I think for the amount of money we spent we should have received a little better service in that regard. We even asked just for one room but did not budge. AGAIN, Phillip was amazing but unfortunately, we only saw him our first day and he went above and beyond to be accommodating. A complete class act.
