Fabulous hotel! Best customer service I have ever received
The pillows were a little soft for down and bed was hard.

The shower head and water temperature in room 1508 was awful. Called the front desk and there was nothing they could do. Poor customer service when paying over $300 per night. Not what I expected when staying at 4star or more.

Lounge/main bar area music so loud could not have conversation with our table group.
Needs to turn volume down. This was same complaint I had before. We’re going to start going to different place if it’s not turned down to more comfortable volume.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Grand Nashville. It was an easy walk to Broadway and the Ryman. The staff was helpful and nice. We would return here again for sure!

Great atmosphere. Rooftop bar food was great. Only negative is the construction noises in Nashville but other than that we have a great time!

Room had mildew on some of the bedding, very loud noises coming from rooms nearby when the shower was being used, stong sewer smell in the hallways, and some of the fixtures didnt work correctly or were broken. I booked two rooms online and the staff changed one room from 2 beds to 1 bed without telling me, so I had to fix it at the front desk during check in. Honestly just pretty disappointing for the price. Otherwise the staff was pleasant and the location was good.

This hotel is fabulous! Every individual working there during our stay was extremely helpful and truly strived to make our stay a special one. The concierge was wonderful, the front desk staff always had a smile and water bottles waiting for us when we came back to the hotel at night. The bar tenders spent time chatting with our entire group and the waiters were extremely attentive. We can't say enough good things about this hotel and are looking forward to coming back soon.

Hotel was clean and staff was super friendly and accommodating. The shower was my favorite part of the room. Rooftop bars were wonderful. Will definitely be staying here next time I am in Nashville and will search for same hotel any other vacations.
