The staff was so friendly and was easy to communicate through text or email. It was a about a 15min walk to the beginning of Broadway. They also have scooters along the walk. It was easy access to everything. We’ll be staying there again especially for the price, you can’t beat it.

My best friend flew in from Illinois and I drove in from Huntsville. We hadn't seen each other in 6 years. I grew up in Illinois and moved to Huntsville. We fell in love with the apartment feel to it. And it was a much better stay then a regular hotel would have been. We were in walking distance to a few places and getting around was not as difficult as I thought. The drive to nearby places was just minutes from Placemkrs. The decor was on point and for the most part it was clean except for the kitchen floor. It hadn't been mopped. I will definitely return next year for another stay with you.

The property itself was in a quiet area ……there were a few noisy groups/guests heard at times in the halls and outside when on the balcony, but hey, Nashville is a party town. We felt safe when walking to and from different venues, day and night. Missed out on a discount opportunity at a local pub because check in and verification was all done online ahead of time, but on the flip side, getting to our suite on day one was very quick — having punch codes for entry to the building and our suite was very handy vs. needing to carry a key card all the time. The kitchen had the bare essentials for utensils, etc, but we only had breakfasts and the occasional convenience-type food meals there so we got by okay. The suite was very spacious and served our needs well.

Excessive traffic noise late at night. Bed not very comfortable. Couch extremely uncomfortable. Not at all suitable for sleeping. $30 for parking is ridiculous. Parking should be included at no extra charge or a much lower cost Room does have a full kitchen which would be nice for a long stay.

I traveled with my teenage daughter. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment. The building is nice with a convenient parking garage go those who drive. The room was spacious and sheets were clean. Bathroom had toiletries and kitchen had dishes, dishwasher soap, and laundry with laundry detergent. Overall a pleasant stay.

The property was comfortable, felt like it was your own space. Its a walking distance from local restaurants and bars. Staff was available 24/7 and responded quickly to any concerns.

It was just all right. People weee great but streaming tv because there was no cable. Was horrible. Couldn’t relax and watch tv after a long day because streaming was so spotty
