I wish this hotel existed every where. It was a beautiful spacious room and felt like an Airbnb with a full kitchen and washer/dryer unit but with the convenience of a hotel. Very nice gym and pool area. No traditional room service but you could order food from the restaurant at ground level through the QR code on the fridge and they would deliver it right to your door. Food was excellent. It was walking distance from the stadium as well as broadway- excellent location! 10/10 would recommend.

Nice space in the heart of the action! Apartment-like lofts just blocks from all the venues and museums in Nashville. Walkable and convenient, our space offered a cute patio and loft feeling with comfy living space and bed. Note that this location is truly a part of the action: can be loud throughout the night as the bar carts and busses make their party rounds!

Property is very close to Broadway and local eateries. Due to proximity to Broadway, the sounds of traffic can be loud, but to be expected based on location. There’s a convenience store around the corner.

This place is amazing. Super clean! Walking distance to all of the bars. I would definitely stay here again!

Great walkable location however you also get the city noise and lights. We had a dirty towel hanging on the back of our door and our ceiling was unfinished and unpainted sheetrock. The parking garage was a pain for in and out.

We were given a room on the second floor, while most other guest we spoke with were much higher up. We could hear everything from people talking on the street, to sirens blaring. Noise didn't stop either night until after 3am. No reason that we should've been put on the second floor when the hotel wasn't close to full.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Placemakr SoBro. Concierge was excellent, the property was clean, it was an easy walk to public transportation, Broadway, restaurants, bars, hop on hop off bus, boardwalk...
A couple minor complaints, the wooden bed frame creaked with every movement and there were no black out blinds/drapes so you were up when the sun came up.
I would recommend and would stay again if ever back in Nashville.

This hotel is super close to Broadway and other amazing go to places in Nashville. We loved that we could take a 2 minutes walk and already be on Broadway. They also upgraded us to a more spacious room that was extremely nice. The neighborhood also felt really safe for us two girls. Can’t recommend enough!!
