We loved our stay but paid double for the room! Prepaid via Trip.com, then Kimpton charged us again. After 4 polite phone calls to rectify the situation, we never got a return call. Called again and was told they couldn't help me.

Love the decoration and cleanliness on the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful too. Rooms were amazing, very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast available in the restaurant inside the hotel. We recommend it.

The Kimpton is a beautiful hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean, safe and quiet which was our primary concern. We would definitely stay there again when in Nashville.

We had a great stay! The restaurant/bar on site was excellent! Free happy hour in the lobby was a plus! We had a lot of great walking distance bars/restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Our hotel room was comfortable and very clean. It was in a great location. We are tea drinkers and found the coffee/tea bar a bit lacking. For some reason the tea bags were never out first thing in the morning with the coffee.
The staff was really friendly. Lots of dogs!

My trip at the Kimpton Aertson Hotel was amazing!!! The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I even enjoyed receiving personal notes back from Housekeeping. The only thing that I would change is more menu options for 24/7 in-room dining.

From the get go it wasn’t the best experience. The young man at the check-in counter tried to charge me for the room again after I already paid for it, and he did not really explain anything which left us with a few questions (When is checkout? Where can we get additional water? How to order breakfast? The basics.) The bedding had a quarter sized grey mark on it but other than that everything was pretty clean. There are two bottles of water in the room for $6 each, after that there are bottles in the lobby for an additional $9 each (seemed excessive to us).

＞Excellent hotel however, the amenities were a bit lacking for the quality of the hotel. ie. no coffee maker in our room, no folio of hotel offerings was in the room. Front desk staff, bar and restaurant staff, valet staff were exceptional!
