The first time in Brazil, without knowing the language, was difficult. Having the manager Maria with a good command of English was a life saver. Not only could she speak English, but it was so helpful with anything we needed. In fact,all the staff members were excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them, they all went above and beyond what would normally be expected. Amazing buffet breakfast, astonishing picturesque location, constantly cleaning. I will definitely be going back

Great hotel, great location on the beach, nice swimmingpools and good food Clean, friendly and safe I stayed with my family for two weeks and never regretted one minute I hope to come back soon, it will be my favorite place to stay in Brasil, can recomend it to everybody

La verdad que la Experiencia fue un desastre, en primer lugar quiero decir que los primero cinco días la pileta principal estaba en reparación, cuando fuimos a reclamar la gerente nos respondió que no nos iban a reembolsar nada , incluso nos queda un día y no tuvimos novedades. En segundo lugar la comida es pésima, hasta unos fideos de paquete con salsa son sin gusto. Las instalaciones son viejas, los muebles roto pero con todo lo otro es lo de menos. Gente del lugar nos ha dicho que no te tratan bien porque no les importa las opiniones no se porque. Este hotel no debería estar en la categoría 4 estrellas porque por casi el Mismo dinero te hospedas en un resort de verdad. Ojalá las agencias nos vendan más de este hotel y ojo que ponen del hotel engañan. Nosotros reservamos una habitación con jacuzzi, el cual no funciona es como una piletita y sucia.

Atendimento e acomodações excelentes, conforto e uma vista maravilhosa. Todos, sem exceção, que fazem parte do quadro de pessoal atendem sempre com educação e disposição para proporcionar uma estadia prazerosa. Recomendo e voltarei na próxima oportunidade.

O Hotel é maravilhoso! Lindo, limpo, organizado e com funcionários super educados, com vista para o mar, e quartos confortáveis. Ótimo lugar para se hospedar. Música ao vivo, recreação e excelente serviço de bar e restaurante. Lugar perfeito para ficar com a família e os amigos.

Minha especiaria foi maravilhosa pois fui bem Recepcionada pelo o hotel Marsol, e não tem como não falar dos funcionários que foram maravilhosos no atendimento muitos cimpaticos e educados, tive a melhor experiência da minha vida com a bela vista do mar com ótimas piscinas e hidromassagem ofertado pelo hotel Marsol comidas excelentes muito saborosas, quarto perfeito, limpeza excelente, e atividades oferecidas tanto pra crianças como adultos com um estrutura maravilhoso, não tem como não deixar os parabéns.

O hotel marsol é como uma segunda casa para mim e para minha família. Em janeiro eu vim e estive lá esse final de semana tb. Faço sempre questão de vir aqui para enaltecer esse resort que sempre nos recebe tão bem. Os funcionários são incrivelmente atenciosos. A gerente Conceição é sem comentários. Sempre nos trata com muito acolhimento e educação. Eu sou apaixonada por esse hotel. Jaja tô de volta , se Deus quiser.

Há um tempo atrás eu fui com meus parentes e eu amei tanto,que resolvi ir sozinha e tb adorei, aproveitei para descansar e colocar a mente no lugar muito tranquilo e para quem quer descanso com muita comodidade é muito bom 😊 espero ir mais vezes.
