Aquaria Natal com certeza foi a melhor escolha que fizemos. Atendimento maravilhoso, um quarto com uma vista linda para o mar e para o morro do careca. Super feliz e com certeza quero retornar lá.

Excellent location on the beautiful Ponta Negra beach. Very friendly and service minded staff. Always very good service. Good and fresh food. Love the balcony with the room, lovely view of the sunrise and the sunset. Will absolute come back

The best part about staying at the Aquaria was the great staff in the restaurant. Attentive, caring, joking, great food, great fun from Raissa, Marcia, Eduardo and Fabio. A special mention goes to Frenanda who realized my wife wasn’t feeling well. She allowed us to come in a little early so my wife could get something salty to help her blood pressure. Amazing service from everyone from the restaurant to the front desk to the pool. Great times, great staff!

4 star hotel this is not. Room was very simple , toilets door broken, sign of aging in furniture. AC with only two position, ice cold or off. Swimming pool cleaning questionable, please a bit of chlorine, water actually smell…. And they will bill you with anything they can, ie coffee in the room is not free, and far from it I may add. Avoid and go somewhere else.

My toilet was clogged nobody ever came to fix it, I had to fix it myself. Requested repair twice but I think they do not have any maintenance people available.

We spent 10 days in November 2023 and every day the food varied and it was really nice. Staff was great and very attentive. The room service was brilliant as well. Me and my family had a great experience and would definitely return. We went for walks on the beach in the mornings and we felt very safe in the area.
