Nicely decorated room , extra pull out sofa bed in room 1 with great views of the sea. Located along main street, next to O Casalinho restaurant. Set Breakfast provided at Nata cafe across the street ( croissant/ciabatta with ham/ cheese, jam, Portuguese egg tart, no fruit/cereal). Negatives- checkin needed to call the telephone no. On the door and only after 3 pm, no parking at the hotel - need to hunt for slot on public parallel street but our car was splashed with white emulsion paint probably by angry tenant. Except for the beautiful sunset on the beach, we would have skipped this town as the waves were not the best time of the year to watch at praia do norte

Best place of our stay! We were sad that we were just here for one night. We were hoping to catch the big waves of Nazare, and they were medium height. The day after we left they were going off. Because it was winter, the town was a little quieter than I imagine it would be. However, this hotel, with the amazing view of the ocean and its location, helped make this a great trip. ** Note there isn't someone at the desk 24 hours, so if you arrive between 12 and 2 pm, like we did, you will need to call the phone number on the sign and someone will help you. We stored our luggage and headed out to watch the waves.

Beautiful location right on the and in the town. Perfect rooms that were super clean. Plus a fantastic breakfast of regional foods.

Great location, fantastic beach view, and loads of local restaurants right outside the door.
Breakfast included at a local restaurant and it was delicious and plentiful. Street is bright and can be a bit noisy but windows have electric outside blinds that made all the difference. Also amazing water pressure in shower. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Had a lovely stay here, room with sea view and balcony was lovely. Own bathroom which had a spacious shower. Room type as perfectly nice with outstanding views. Roof terrace is a bonus with upstairs kitchen area and jacuzzi, (pre bookable times, not open when we were there as out of season). Staff were super nice. Great location next to the shops, restaurants and sea front. A short walk to the steps to get to the norte beach with stunning views. The shared kitchen was well equipped and kept clean and tidy. Only point drop was breakfast which was across the courtyard had little choice if you wanted low carb. Juice, drink, roll and croissants with jam, cheese and ham so plenty of bread options but all were fresh so just my personal issue.

Floor in room wasn’t clean. Fair amount of sand when I checked in. Took a bath towel and ‘mopped’ floor. Other than that, was a decent place , great location and a nice breakfast available off site.

This is not a bed and breakfast. It is a small hotel. Rooms are modern and clean . There is a restaurant right under the hotel that is very noisy . The whole area is very noisy until 2 am. Parking is very difficult to find as area is very popular
Front desk sent information about parking but was not helpful trying to find parking at night.
Window would close and front desk didn’t answer message. He did help close the window because he just happened to come up and we asked him .
If you just like yo party and are not bother by noise this hotel is good otherwise another place may be a better option,

Good location, nice view and comfortable. But the owner did not tell us that there were concerts 20m from our room windows till 2am at night in August. So it was awfully noisy
